Virtual Benefits Administrator releases new claims processing software

Virtual Benefits Administrator releases new claims processing software

August 14, 2009 | Industry News Release
Source: Healthcare Finance News

GERMANTOWN, WI – Virtual Benefits Administrator (VBA) has launched its new claims processing and healthcare benefits management software, VBA3, which company officials are confident will revolutionize the way healthcare benefits administrators support their clients.

The software features all-new design and flexibility which, combined with its cutting-edge technology, moves VBA to the forefront of the benefit management software marketplace.

VBA3 includes a comprehensive call center component, unlimited notes-tracking capabilities, and an enhanced navigation functionality that allows users to quickly and easily retrieve all information available on a particular member, provider or claim within seconds. The software will greatly streamline users' operations, reducing staff's time-per-call and improving customer service. A provider maintenance fee schedule and credentialing module allows for network management.

"We are very excited about our new VBA3 software and the impact it will have on the industry," said Thomas W. Witter, president and chief executive officer of Virtual Benefits Administrator. "VBA3 allows our customers to process all claims on one easy-to-use software application, providing more time to focus on core business strategies."

VBA3 features offline adjudication, providing better workflow management by allowing claims to be auto-adjudicated on a user-defined schedule. Offline adjudication also reduces system stress and improves performance in user areas.

VBA3 employs state-of-the-art Smart Client technology, which is more flexible than browser-based software platforms. VBA3 is completely scalable and can accommodate unlimited users from anywhere in the world. VBA3 is available in delivery models suitable for any company from small to international, multi-facility firms—FULL (perpetual) License, ASP License, and Turn-Key License.
