InSight RAC features specific data tracking tools with workflow and reporting capabilities designed specifically for navigating the multiple levels of RAC inquiries and appeals. The solution's inbuilt comprehensive workflow function allows tasks to be distributed across multiple team members, departments and facilities as needed, making it easy to track each element of the process and ensure individual accountability at every step. It provides an intuitive view of all RAC entries and tracks audited claims from chart request all the way to Federal District Court (FDC) appeal. InSight RAC can be integrated with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) to simplify record lookup and payment adjustment monitoring.
