ATLANTA – Bull Realty, Inc. brokered the sale of The Medical Park of Cary, a nine building, 150,021 square foot medical office park on the WakeMed hospital campus in Cary, NC. The sale closed on December 30, 2010 for $28 million.

Paul Zeman with Healthcare Real Estate Services at Bull Realty, Inc. marketed the property for the seller, a private LLC, and worked with the principal buyer, Healthcare Trust of America. The transaction finishes out an active 2010 for Paul with more than $55 million in Medical Office Building (MOB) sales.
