Benefitfocus and SuccessFactors, an SAP company, are teaming up to deliver a full suite of cloud-based benefits, core human resources (HR) and talent management solutions. Today the two companies announced a strategic partnership, bringing employers an end-to-end human capital management (HCM) solution from the leading provider of business execution software and the country’s largest benefits technology company.
Through this go-to-market alliance, Benefitfocus and SuccessFactors become each other’s preferred strategic partner for benefits management and human resource management, respectively. BENEFITFOCUS HR InTouch and SuccessFactors Employee Central will complement each other to create an integrated HR and benefits management suite.
