The Perot Systems Corporation of Plano, Texas, has announcement a five-year agreement with Community Health Plan of Washington to provide technology and business process services to improve the Seattle-based health plan’s back-office functions.

The Carefx Corporation of Scottsdale, Ariz., has launched eReferral, a portal-based referral management solution de4signed to provide healthcare providers with an efficient way of tracking and managing referrals.

MEDecision, a Wayne, Pa.-based developer of collaborative healthcare management solutions, has announced a partnership with Emmi Solutions, LLC, a provider of interactive patient engagement programs. The deal will allow MEDecision to augment its payer-based electronic health records, along with its Alineo collaborative healthcare management platform, with Emmi’s streaming Web-based programs.

Perceptive Software, based in Shawnee, Kan., has announced that Heritage Christian Services, a non-sectarian human services agency serving more then 1,400 people with developmental disabilities through 56 residential homes, service coordination, respite and 20 day rehabilitation programs, will integrate the company’s ImageNow enterprise content management system in its accounts payable department.

MedSynergies, Inc., of Irving, Texas, has announced that its surgical division will provide practice management services and revenue cycle solutions to the Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center of Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.

EngagementHealth, LLC, based in Westchester, Ill., has received accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance for its health promotion and disease prevention programs.

Pathology Service Associates, LLC, a MED3000 company, has been selected by the Rex Healthcare Laboratory of Charlotte, N.C., to provide revenue cycle management, marketing and business support services.

The TriZetto Group, based in Newport Beach, Calif., has announced that five early adopters of the company’s Treatment Cost Navigator application have gone live and are now providing treatment pricing transparency to more than 5 million consumers across the Northwest. Among the adopters are Providence Health Plans of Seattle, which covers parts of Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon and California, and PacificSource Health Plans of Eugene, Ore., with office in Oregon and Idaho.

API Healthcare, of Hartford, Wis., has announced the availability of its new Business Analytics software solution, designed to give healthcare providers a central source for analyzing workforce information across the enterprise.
