IncentOne, a Lyndhurst, N.J.-based provider in integrated incentive solutions, has completed a second round of financing from Camden Partners Holdings, LLC, a Baltimore-based private equity firm. The money will be used to expand the company’s position in healthcare incentives.
 
Thomson Reuters, based in Ann Arbor, Mich., and Boston-based HighRoads have launched a new analytic application designed to give large employers new insights into how the design of their health benefits influences employees’ healthcare choices. The two firms will integrate Thomson Reuters’ information on employee contributions and plan designs into The Lab, HighRoads’ real-time benefits database.
 
Compliance 360, a provider of software-as-a-service solutions for enterprise governance, risk management and compliance, has formed a new partnership with Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting, LLC, an independent healthcare management consulting firm. The two companies will offer complementary software and consulting services to help healthcare providers deal with regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit and claims audit management.
 
RelayHealth, based in Atlanta, has announced that the Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pa., is implementing the company’s RevRunner eligibility solution to improve patients’ understanding of their health insurance benefits.
 
MedAssets, Inc., based in Atlanta, has announced that the Texas Purchasing Coalition, which operates the Healthcare Coalition of Texas, has signed an agreement to use the company’s supply chain solutions, including group purchasing (GPO) services, physician preference item (PPI) consulting services and spend management analytics.
 
Aspect, a Chelmsford, Mass.-based developer of applied communications (UC) and collaboration technology, has acquired Quilogy, a St. Charles, Mo.-based IT services firm.
 
RAM Technologies, Inc., based in Fort Washington, Pa., has announced that the Local Government Center HealthTrust, LLC, based in Concord, N.H., has migrated the administration of its healthcare business to RAM’s HEALTHsuite healthcare administration software solution.

Fastrack Healthcare Systems of Plainview, N.Y., has announced an agreement with cpapdropship,com that will automate the shipping of CPAP products directly to patients, thus reducing operating costs for DME providers and improving patient compliance.
 
Marathon Health, based in Colchester, Vt., and Nashville, Tenn.-based Healthcarebluebook.com have signed a co-marketing agreement designed to bring new consumer education and healthcare price transparency tools to employers with consumer-directed health plans or high-deductible health plans.
 
Consumer Health Technologies, Inc., of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has completed the acquisition of P+W Software, Inc., which provides FSA, HRA, Transit and cafeteria benefits services. The deal allows CHT to integrate P+W’s PowerPlus into its BenefitSpan administration solution for the consumer-driven healthcare marketplace.
 
Ekahau, Inc., a Reston, Va.-based provider of Wi-Fi-based real-time location systems, has announced that Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, Fla., will deploy the Ekahau RTLS for a variety of hospital-wide asset-tracking, workflow and management applications.
 
Carestream Health, Inc., of Rochester, N.Y., has announced a co-marketing agreement with Technology Partners, Inc., of Charlotte, N.C., that enables Technology Partners’ IMAGINEradiology billing solution to be integrated with Carestream’s RIS/PACS platforms.

 

 

Ingenix, based in Eden Prairie, Minn., has launched a new program to help physicians integrate healthcare IT into their practices that includes interest-free financing, health information technology services and performance guarantees centered around the company’s CareTracker EHR. The Ingenix loan program is underwritten by OptumHealth Bank.
 
Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions of Chicago has introduced the Allscripts Stimulus Program, which provides physicians with a guarantee that the Allscripts EHR will meet certification standards set forth by the Department of Health and Human Services. The program also enables physicians to forego payments on new software for the first six months on purchases of EHR solutions. Finally, the company has announced that the Renaissance Medical Management Company of Wayne, Pa., will implement the Allscripts EHR and Practice Management (PM) system for 51 family practice and internal medicine physicians.
 
Halogen Software of Ottawa, Canada, has announced that St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis will be deploying the company’s eAppraisal Healthcare and eSuccession talent management solutions.
 
MedAssist, Inc., a Louisville, Ky.-based developer of revenue cycle management solutions, has completed its requirements to become a U.S. General Service Administration contractor under the Multiple Award Schedule.
