ConnectYourCare, a Hunt Valley, Md.-based provider of consumer-directed healthcare solutions, has announced a partnership with the Third Party Administrator Alliance (TPAA), an alliance of the nation’s top independently owned third party administrators. Under the arrangement, ConnectYourCare will offer TPAA ,members access to its CDH platform and solutions.

Gemino Healthcare Finance of Philadelphia has closed a $9.5 million transaction for Axium Healthcare Pharmacy, Inc., consisting of a $7 million revolving line of credit and $2.5 million term loan. Axium, a Lake Mary, Fla.-based independent nationwide specialty pharmacy, will use the money to pay off existing debt.
