With reference to the above subject, yes, I do agree that it is time some sort of action needs to be taken, so as to give the patient the confidence that he is in the right hands apart from that of his Physician.

The last sentence is apt, which reads as "They should know better, and they should focus instead on fixing real problems like the crisis of preventable medical errors."

  • Re: Cisco's telemedicine pilot targets underserved Californians
    Dantea

Cisco dominates the market for information technology equipment, or what's known as the plumbingused to connect computer systems in a network or with the Internet. This network foundation consolidates what today are three separate networks: local area networks (LANs), storage area networks (SANs) and high performance computing networks. Executives from BMC, VMware, EMC, Microsoft, Intel, and other tech companies will all appear via TelePresence, Cisco’s video conferencing system. The Cisco announcement doesn't really make me excited – don't get me wrong; Cisco systems putting out a router that handles 3 times the traffic is AWESOME, and it would be worth maybe a small payday loans worth to get one, but this isn't exactly huge news for a technology company. The power of the biggest processor chip doubles every year or two, right? That's the power of the private sector. The router in question is going to be obsolete within a few years after it comes out anyway. I'll buy one when the cost goes down.
